He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Baldwin and Pauline Baldwin (Wade); and his brothers, Louis Baldwin and Richard Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Acevedo; his children, Sheree Baldwin-Mohammed (Kevin) of Middletown, Shaun Baldwin (Shareka) of Derby, Leonora Sterling (Sharon) of Austin, TX., Fernando Ruiz (Grisela) of New Haven, Angel Ruiz of Bridgeport and Eileen Ruiz of Bridgeport; and his siblings, Dorothy Tillman of Stratford, Blanche Hudley of Dover, DE. and Harold Baldwin of Stratford. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
