He is survived by: his wife Julie Vannucci Dawes; his daughters, Laurie Ross (Mark) of North Haven and Sara Kimberly Dawes of Oxford; his siblings, Ellen Searles (Daniel) of West Haven, Sharon Corrveau (William) of Milford, John Arone (Wendy) of Seymour and Robert Dawes of Ansonia; his grandchildren, Skyla, Sierra Ross of North Haven, Evan, Emily and Logan Davies of Oxford; and his former wife Sara Ellen Dawes of West Haven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
