She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald P. Kennedy; her parents, Louis Asciutto and Eugenia "Jennie" Gugliuzza Asciutto; her son Paul L. Kennedy; her daughter-in-law Ilene Kennedy; and her brothers, Frank Ashton, Charles J. Ashton and Salvatore Asciutto.
She is survived by: her son Jeremiah F. Kennedy of Ansonia; her grandchildren, Eddy Kennedy and Jeanne Lisewski (Peter) of Naugatuck; her great grandchildren, Zoey Kennedy and Peter Lisewski; her great great grandchild Daisy Kennedy; and her daughter-in-law Donna Kennedy of Naugatuck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
