He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Thelma; his siblings, Anthony Mikan, Helen Kali, Mark Mikan, Thomas Mikan, Denise Millet, John Mikan, Frank Mikan, Anna Mikan and Greta Mikan; his daughter Celia Aita; his grandchildren, Amelie and Damian; and his aunts and uncles, Frank, Pete, Valta, Stefanie and Teta Vera. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
