John Madzik Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Madzik of Ansonia, Connecticut, who passed away on May 4, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Emilia Kuzmicz Madzik; his parents, Michael Madzik and Anastasia Kuziak Madzik; his son Stefan Madzik; and his siblings, Anna Zajac, Maria Zajac, Olena Kicilinski, Theodosia Szach, Theodore and Matthew Madzik.

He is survived by: his son Paul Madzik of Bethel; and his siblings, Melania Podolak, Antonia Blaszcak of Poland and Joseph Madzik of Poland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Memory of John Madzik to the charitable organization of one's choice.
