With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Gary Kane of Ansonia, Connecticut, born in Oxford, Maine, who passed away on November 16, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Kane and Marguerite Quinn Kane; his son-in-law Richard E. Wales; and his siblings, James, Robert, Thomas, Michael Kane and Eleanor Plummer.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Bonney Kane; his daughters, Debra Kane Wales of Derby and Marie Kane of Torrington; his grandchildren, Alyssa Duley (Mark) of Seymour, Joshua Cocce of Milford and Amanda Critelli (Anthony) of Smithtown; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Mason Duley, Guy, Nicolas Cocce, Aiden McIntyre, Asher and Axel Critelli. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and decades-long friends.
