With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John D. Soldra Sr. (Ansonia, Connecticut), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 13, 2025 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John D. Soldra Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Luba Marciniak Soldra; his parents, Walter Soldra and Sophie Opuszynski Soldra; his brother Walter Soldra; and his parents-in-law, Stefan and Marija Marciniak.
He is survived by: his children, John D. Soldra Jr. (Emanuela) of Ansonia, Keith R. Soldra (Gina) of Orange, Graig S. Soldra (Kelly) of Ansonia, Sharon M. Soldra of Ansonia and Lisa A. Soldra (Tyrell Knighton) of Seymour; his sister Marie Batza (Richard) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Tabitha Soldra, Sophia Soldra of Andrew, Ari-ann and Makenzie Soldra; and his in-laws, Stephen Marciniak (Betty) of Seymour, John Marciniak (Donna), Paul Marciniak (Carol) of Oxford and Nancy Threlfall (Glen) of Morris, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
