Kohut (Gerianne) of Ansonia and Caroline Furtak (Jerry) of Princeton, NJ; his siblings, Jerry Kohut (Rosemarie) of Old Forge, PA, David Kohut (Robin) of Lake Ariel, PA and Mary Lou Tomko (Jack) of Dickson City, PA; his grandchildren, Luke, Joseph Kohut of Ansonia, Drew Furtak of Ewing, NJ and Sara Furtak of Princeton, NJ; and his brother-in-law Jim Killian of Throop, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
