Morey Jr. (Ansonia, Connecticut), born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on October 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd A. Morey Sr. and Genevieve Smith Morey; and his siblings, Robert, David, Rudolph Kamppilla and Theresa Kamppilla.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Dell'Orso Morey; his children, Jacqueline Rossetti (Paul) of Seymour, CT, Amy Morey-Krakow, Amanda Gardner, Floyd A. Morey III of Plymouth, CT and Thomas R. Morey; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle Rossetti, Michael Rossetti, Jacob Morey, Mia Morey, Benjamin Gardner, Madland Federico, Nicholas Morey and Thomas Morey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
