She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert H. Ploski; her parents, Harry Lysak and Mary Lysak (Osiecki); her daughters, Debbie Evon (Greg), Carol Richardson (Terry) and Joyce Chevarella (Dean); her siblings, Robert Lysak (Barbara), Edward Lysak (JoAnne) and Lori Illuminati (Mark); her grandchildren, Shelley Kestler (Tim), Carissa Leonard (Joe), Adam Evon, Candace Hansen (Wes), Casey Adams (JC), Caylee Wolfburg (Will), Melanie Coughlin (Ryan) and Brad Chevarella; and her great grandchildren, Spencer, Leo Hansen, Connor, Benjamin Kestler, Rylee Adams, Mikaela, Elias Leonard and Kennedy Wolfburg. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home (253 Elizabeth St, Derby, CT 06418). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (32 Jewett St, Ansonia, CT 06401). A burial was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at the St. Michael Cemetery (28 Silver Hill Rd, Ansonia, CT 06401).
