It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra A. Mills of Ansonia, Connecticut, born in Hartsville, South Carolina, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Mills; her parents, George Jett and Flore Blakeney Jett; her sisters, Moncella Jett and Carolyn Hammie; and her nephew Todd M. Jett.

She is survived by: her son Breon Mills of New Haven; and her siblings, Roderic Jett of Ft. Worth, TX. and Bernadine Charles of Ansonia. She is also survived by five grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces & nephews.
