Herb of Beacon Falls; and his nieces and nephews, Erin Alexander (Daniel) of Beacon Falls, Albert Herb of Beacon Falls, Kristin Lemachko (Robert Mehaffey) of Ansonia, Jamie Leo (Jeremy), Danielle Lemachko (Brianna) of West Haven and Jessica O'Mara (David) of Waterbury. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews.
