She was predeceased by: her spouse Carmen T. Pitney Sr.; her parents, Giorgio Cafasso and Rosaria Salerno Cafasso; her siblings, Joseph, Carmen Sr., Theresa Panitz, Dora Maffeo and Rose Marie Cafasso; her siblings-in-law, Lucy Cafasso, Marion Cafasso, Edward Panitz and Louis Maffeo; and her niece Patricia Panitz.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Carlson (John), James, Carmen Jr. (Margaret) and Paul (Wendie); her grandchildren, Michael Carlson (Allie), Katie Horn (James), Thomas Pitney (Allie), Kristen LaRovera (Carl Jr.), Matthew, Lauren Pitney (Shannon), Joseph Pitney (Alexis), James Pitney (Christina), Emily and Max Pitney; her great grandchildren, Erin, Joseph Carlson, Jackson, Anthony LaRovera, Ben Pitney, Lorenzo, Liliana Pitney, Logan, Blake and Charlotte Horn; her sisters-in-law, Louise Pitney, Dorothy Tynan and Susan Pitney; and her nephew Georgie Cafasso. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews as well as grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ann's memory may be made to a scholarship being created and awarded to a graduating student at Ansonia High School who will pursue a degree in nursing.
