He was predeceased by: his mother Constance Crosthwaite. He is survived by: his father Robert H. Crosthwaite; his sister Cheryl; his brother-in-law John Beaulieu; his siblings, Kerry (Mary Flaherty), Kathy Crosthwaite and Debbie; his brother-in-law Mark Allen; and his aunt Charlene Crosthwaite. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ALS association or the ASPCA.
