He is survived by: his parents, George Page and Joan Page of Southington, CT; his wife Deborah Goodwin Page; his children, Duncan and Dani; his sister Cindy Page; his niece Elysse Page of Southington; his parents-in-law, Paul and Merrilyn Goodwin of Coventry; his brother-in-law Paul Goodwin (Lynn Goodwin) of Colchester; his nieces and nephews, Kelly and Maya; his sister-in-law Mandy Caporaletti (David Caporaletti) of Fort Myers, FLA; and also Geno.

Those in person are asked to wear masks.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the endowment fund of the Sword in the Scroll Fencing Academy, a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization.
