He was predeceased by: his parent Harvey Q. Howe. He is survived by: his parent Elsie Howe (Bowen); his children, David M. Howe, Jr. (Deborah) of Abington and Linda Hall (Ken) of Lake City, FL; and his grandchildren, Lucas Howe of Brooklyn, NY, Emmanuelle Howe-O'Neal of Pomfret, Maria Hall of Lake City, FL and David Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
