Though Jesse Edward may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lockard and Cora Lockard; his sons, Ray and Larry Lockard; and his son-in-law Donald Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Elma Arlene VanMatre; his daughters, Shirley Bethke (Floyd) and Kathleen Elliott; and his daughter-in-law Rosie Lockard. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 22 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
