She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Armagost and Roberta Armagost (Gilbert); her son Ryan Kent Richards; her sisters, Marilyn Jo Homm and Peggy Lynn Armagost; her in-laws, Marvin (Mike) and Carla Aagesen (Snelling); her grandson Damion Aagesen; her in-laws, Doug and Patricia Richards; and her brother-in-law Gregg Richards.

She is survived by: her husband Mike; her son Aaron Richards (Kristi); her grandchildren, Tristan and Zachary; her son Tylor Richards (Desiree); her grandchildren, Jessica, Alexander (Matty) and Rylan; her daughter Bree Phifer (Brandon); her grandson Brayden; her son Brandon Aagesen; her grandchildren, Jory, Cameron, Remington and Rhett; her daughter Leslie Olivarez (Joseph); her grandchildren, Alex, Gabe, Ben, Alessa, Juni Hope and Juanto; and her siblings, Jack Armagost, Pat Armagost (Jacque) and Sandi Moore (Steve). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; countless aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
