Darrell Whittington Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2021, at the age of 89, Darrell Whittington of Yuma, Colorado, born in Sterling, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Whittington and Viola Whittington (Held); his sister Gwendolyn Whittington; his grandson Dustin Dale Whittington; and his niece Sondra DiGrazia.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Churchill; his daughter Susan Ranee; his grandson Drew; his children, Lynda Whittington of Winston-Salem, NC, Susie Gebauer (Mitch) of Arvada, CO and Dale Whittington (Maureen) of Fleming; his grandchildren, Derek Whittington (Sarah) of Fleming and Lauren Whittington of Imperial, NE; his great grandchildren, Lucy, Jojo and Blue Whittington of Fleming; and his sister Marilynn Perry (Dave) of Greenwood, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
