She was predeceased by: her father Fred Meek; her nephew Jake Browers (McChicken Blob); her brothers, Christopher and Robert Meek; and her grandfathers, Stan Meek, Norm Garland and LeRoy White.
She is survived by: her mother Rolinda Meek of Emporia, Kansas; her brother-in-law Joseph; her sister Latricia (Joseph Browers); her nephew Evan Browers of Farmington, Missouri; and her grandmothers, Liz Garland of Walsenburg and Mardell White of Yuma. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Memorials will be used for a bench at one of the Yuma parks, or donated in Britani's name to the National Center for Missing Persons; http://www.missingkids.org.
