He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie Alan Pitman (Suzanne) of Richmond, VA and Kenneth Lee Pitman (Chris) of Yoder, CO; his daughter-in-law Lou Ann Pitman; his grandchildren, Lindi Kay Dinn (Thomas) of Robstown, TX, Amy Christine Murray (Joshua) of Climax, NC, Lisa Ann Muse (Chris) of Robstown, TX, Keri Lynn Bertsch (Jeremy) of Ellicott, CO, Jonathan Lee Pitman (Melissa) of Big Flats, NY, Christy Marie Diss (Jonathan) of Shattuck, OK and Ryan Daniel Pitman (Amelia) of Greeley, CO.; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Kait, Mikayla, Haley, Hannah, Connor, Elijah, Colin, Evie, Rorie, Emma, Abby, Rebekah, Lanie, Rebecca, Dylan, William, Lyla, Sophie and Lillian.
