He is survived by: his wife Kathy Guy (Furrow); his daughters, Rebecca, Kimberly Meier and Amy Mendoza (Juan); his grandchildren, Trevor Meier, Chase McCreath, Heidi Meier, Cheyanne McCreath, Elizabeth Mendoza, Caden McCreath, Kinsley Mendoza and Brayden Mendoza; and his siblings, Doug Guy (Dawn) and Melinda Echler (Robin).
