He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Frank and Mary Blecha (Dezort); his wife Dorothy; and his daughter-in-law Dee Blecha. He is survived by: his children, Gary Dewayne, Beverly Newbanks (Parker Jr.), Stuart and Kelly; and also Dorothy Peterson. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
