She is survived by: her parents, Jose Ruiz and Amparo Ruiz; her husband Tuffy Murphy; and her siblings, Myrna Remington and Ramon Ruiz. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brothers/sisters in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Wray, Colorado.
