He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Field and Lucille Field; his son Jeffrey; his wife Janet; and his stepfather Stephen.

He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl; his son-in-law Wesley; his brother-in-law Thomas (Penny); and his nephews, Brian (Jared) and Mike (Kelley).

In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for any donations towards funeral expenses.
