She was predeceased by: her grandfather Willard L. Curtis. She is survived by: her parents, Frederick Burton Louk II and Suzan Carol Curtis; her siblings, Michael Louk and Jennifer Garmong; her grandmother Betty Jean Curtis; and her aunt Mona Rossi. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Theresa's name to the Shriners Hospital for Children and the Tim Tebow Foundation.
