He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jean Hogan of Windsor; his children, Matthew of Windsor, Andrea of Windsor and Nathanael of Honolulu; his siblings, Kenneth Lee of Michigan, Melissa Wegner of Michigan, Sharon Fogerty of Michigan and Barry Lee of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Sylvia, Jaden and Liam.
