He is survived by: his wife Tina; his daughter Lisa Maddux; his son-in-law Ward; his grandchildren, Zachary, Lila and Rory; his sister Launa Godley; his cousin Adrienne Tapply Smela (Jon); his sons, Curtis and Levi; and his daughter-in-law Joanne Eskildsen.
