Paula Hinojosa Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2025, at the age of 85, Paula Hinojosa of Windsor, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Rios and Guadalupe Rios (Sanchez); her children, Mary Stella Hinojosa, Lional Hinojosa, Samuel Hinojosa and Nicholas Hinojosa; and her grandson Maurice Hinojosa.

She is survived by: her husband Jesus Hinojosa; her children, Ernest Hinojosa (Ramona), Henry Hinojosa (Veronica), Gloria Garcia (Bennie) and Irene Hinojosa; her daughter-in-law Antonia Hinojosa; her grandchildren, Jeniffer Hinojosa, Jamee Gugel, Matthew Hinojosa, Korena Saenz, Camelia Dominguez, Priscilla Hinojosa, Daniel Garcia Jr., Nicholas Garcia, Paul Hinojosa and Bernadette Munoz; and her siblings, Victoria Morales, Hopie Rivero, Pete Rioz, Frank Rioz, Linda Rivero, Ernestina Aragon, Jesse Rioz, Luis Rioz, Richard Rioz, Lawrence Rioz, Manual Aragon Jr., Andy Aragon and Rosie Ortega. She is also survived by 33 Great Grandchildren and 16 Great-Great Grandchildren.

A rosary was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marks Funeral Home (9293 Eastman Park Dr, Windsor, CO 80550). Viewing was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church (1250 7th St, Windsor, CO 80550). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (32815 CO-257, Windsor, CO 80550).
