We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2019, Lou Celis-Ghazzawi (Windsor, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldo Garcia and Lugarda Garcia (Garduno). She is survived by: her grandchild Above; her children, Mae Mendoza (Joe) and Eddie Ortiz (Colleen); her grandchildren, Alejandro, Enrique Mendoza, Renee, Joleen and Eddie Ortiz Jr.; and her siblings, Agnes Roybal, Fred Garcia, Loretta Montoya, Larry Garduno (Rae) and Johnny Garduno. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution made out to Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church - Mary's Cradle Program.
