He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. and Catherine Maxim Sr. (Flitsky); his brother Michael Maxim Jr.; and his great grandchild Cody. He is survived by: his children, Debra Wright (Tommy) of Finley Lake, NY, Rick Maxim (Robin), Daniel Maxim of Harbor Creek, PA and Jeffrey Maxim (Joy); his grandchildren, Stacey, Tim, Julie, Richard, Michele, Dennis, Dana, Tabitha and Jeffrey; and his sister Delores Joseph of Independence, OH.. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
