He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacoby Jr. and Pauline Jacoby; his wife Sharon Jacoby; and his children, Lonny Jacoby Karst and Kristin Jacoby.
He is survived by: his brother Norman Jacoby; his grandsons, Derek and Gunnar Jacoby; and also Jackie.
