We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2021, at the age of 33, Kelly Lewis of Windsor, Colorado, born in Greeley, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father O. E. Lewis; and her sister Lainie Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Shirley; her aunts, Linda Talley, Dawn Coleman, Mony Garcia, Kelly Hall, Katie (Dave Carlson) and Brianne Hazelwood; her great-nephews, Austin Travis and Robert Hazelwood; and her close friend Victor. She is also survived by mother and daughter, but best friends.
