He is survived by: his parents, Connie Reifschneider and Dennis Reifschneider of Windsor, CO; his wife Kristine Johnson; his children, Kaitlyn, Lucas, Emma, Deborah and Trevor of Windsor, CO; his parents-in-law, Nancy and Craig Johnson of Windsor, CO; his sister Casey Reifschneider of Johnstown, CO; and his nephew James Alexander Hutt of Fairbanks, AK. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
