She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ray Ellis and Ysela Ellis (Arredondo); her husband Jorge; her children, Ron, Robbie, Ray, Elyse and Russ; her grandchildren, Jake, Michelle, Ronny, Isaiah and Daniel; her siblings, Ray Jr., Chris, Peggy and Emily; and her daughter Michelle Ann Minjarez. She was also cherished by her husband, children, and pet.
In lieu of flowers, her family asks that memorial contributions be made to the activities department at the Good Samaritan Society, Fort Collins Village.
