He was predeceased by: his parents, John Noblitt and Patricia Halloran. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Braelynn and Addie; his wife Michele of Windsor, CO; his daughter Nicole Bell of Windsor, CO; and his siblings, Linda Hayes of Colorado Springs, CO, Ken Noblitt of Federal Heights, CO, Steve Noblitt of Brighton, CO and Valerie Franz of Aurora, CO.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
