It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Michael Lazar Jr. (Windsor, Colorado), who passed away on April 16, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John Michael Lazar Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Frances Lazar (Bishop); his spouse Tracy Lazar (Stewart); his children, Kristine Lazar (Steve Duffalo) of Rockton, Dr. Steven Lazar (Ashley Marcks) of Houston and Preston Freemer of DuBois; his grandchildren, Kolby and Kali Franklin; his sister Joanne Barbey (Ken) of DuBois; and his stepfather Frank Caracciolo of DuBois. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the continuing COVID concerns, the family has decided to have a small private Service of Remembrance with Rev. Clint Phillips officiating on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 11 a. m. at the Adamson Funeral Chapel and Crematorium.
