He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Douglas and Ena Nancy Chick (Holt); and his sister Rose. He is survived by: his son Jeff Chick (Norene); his granddaughter Tina Hill; his son Jimmy Chick (Stevie Betz); and his sister Marilyn Hitti. He is also survived by two children and Guy Chick and his four children, seven stepchildren.
