He was predeceased by: his brother Timothy Gorham. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Gorham and Jay Gorham Sr.; his wife Celina Gorham; his daughters, Julia and Jenna Gorham; his brothers, Gary Gorham of Los Angeles, CA and Matt Gorham of Chandler, AZ; and his close friends, Todd Whitmore of Greeley, CO and Holly King of Greeley, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
