She is survived by: her daughter Libby D'Aquila; her son-in-law Joe D'Aquila; her grandsons, Frank and Luke D'Aquila of Fort Collins, Colorado; and her siblings, Bob Merrigan (Lola) of Ohiowa, Wendy Merrigan of Colorado Springs and Rich Merrigan of Roswell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial fund has been established in Jans memory for her grandsons.
