He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glen O. Ekberg and Angie Ekberg (Klie); his wife Velma Louise Spelts; his daughters, Tammera, Theresa Hoffman (Randy) of Kersey, CO and Tami Long (Steve) of Kersey; his grandchildren, Amber Rochefort (Chris) of Durand, MI, Ashley Braziel (TJ) of Katy, TX, Chelsea Harmon (Brad) of Monte Vista, CO, Rhett Long of Tokyo and Heath Long (Leeann) of Kersey, CO; his great grandchildren, Callie, Kaelin Rochefort, Lawson, Collins Braziel, Noah and Abel Harmon; and his brother-in-law Oscar Spelts (Jan) of Imperial. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Mark's Funeral and Cremation Service. The family will be sending all contributions to the American Heart Association.
