He was predeceased by: his father Robert C. Foster. He is survived by: his mother Barbara L. Foster (Watson); his wife Cindy S. Foster (Gulvas); his children, Dylan, Damon and Kierra Foster; his brother Scott Foster (Janet); and his uncle Bill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
