It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Karsten (Windsor, Colorado), who passed away on August 5, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Karsten and Edith Karsten (Montgomery); his brothers, Dean Oertle and Bob Karsten; and his great grandchild Lily Grace Ringlein.
He is survived by: his stepfather Charlie Oertle; his brother Charlie; his wife Verla of Greeley, Colorado; his children, David Karsten (Lois) of Bozeman and Stephanie Reinhardt (Roy) of Windsor, Colorado; his grandchildren, David Karsten Jr. of Bozeman, Holly Ringlein (Alan) of Bozeman and Marcus Reinhardt (Amy) of Eaton, Colorado; his great grandchildren, Kristopher, Alex Karsten, Sidra, Wyatt Ringlein and Levi Reinhardt; and his brothers, Charles and Maynard Oertle of Nebraska. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
