He is survived by: his brother Bob Abbott; his son Jim Abbott (Grace); and his grandchildren, Derek, Denton Shaffer, Amy, Chris Thacker, Nichole Abbott, Kelly, Zeke Rodriguez, Carrie Wissell and Trent Weitzel. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and many nephews, nieces and cousins.
