He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Betz and Irene Betz; his wife Laura Ann Betz; and his sister Carolyn Ann Betz. He is survived by: his former wife Christine Dart; his children, Jerry Betz (Stacy), Norman Betz, Steven Betz (Becky) and Denise Leonard (Darrell); his stepdaughters, Carmen Polka (Rhett) and Shiela Roberts (Brendon); and his grandchildren, Kendra, Ryan Betz, Paxton, Leo Betz, Megan Sahagian, Brookelyn, Anastasia Leonard, Talin, Dax Polka, Blake and Sofia Roberts.
