She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Sanchez and Etta Sanchez; her husband John Agapito Cruz; her siblings, Jimmy Sanchez (Eleanor), Ed Oliver, Byron Bies and Rose Thomas (Buddy); and her grandson Jonah Cruz.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Cruz (Nora), Alex Cruz, Marcus Cruz, Gabe Cruz (Sandy), Melanie Groves (Jeremy) and Rose Cruz (Kenny); and her siblings, Joseph Sanchez (Barb), Edward Sanchez, Lawrence Sanchez (Danielle), Gloria Bies and Rita Oliver. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
