She was predeceased by: her parents, James Powell and Mary Powell (Meggert); and her brothers, Jim and John Powell. She is survived by: her husband Gene Pacini; her son James Pacini (Diane); her granddaughter Jennifer Bieber (Joseph); and her great grandchildren, Emma and Harlow "Harley".
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the local animal shelter, as Barbara had a special place in her heart for stray animals.
