He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eula Lewis (Burgess) and Victor Lewis; his wife Peggy Lewis (Powers); his children, Brad Lewis (Cathy) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Jason Lewis (Krista) of Fort Collins, Colorado, Tara Salinas (Rolando) of Lone Tree, Colorado and Drew Lewis (Dillan) of Fort Collins, Colorado.; his siblings, Bob Lewis of Fort Collins, Linda Lee of Indianapolis and Jeannie Byland (Lewis) of Indianapolis; and his close friends, Stephen Peregoy, Diana Powers-Mrsny, Kay, Dave Burrows, Kenneth, Colette Powers, Sara Powers and Donnie Bowman. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
