He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clarence Colvin and Helen Faye Downing-Colvin; and his grandson Clay May. He is survived by: his wife Billie Colvin of Wiley; his children, Zoe Colvin of Wiley, Jo May (Tim) of Lamar, Tammie Chamberlain (Kent) of Wiley, Greg Colvin (Lynette) of Wiley and Cindy Malone (Lane) of Bristol; and his sister Ruby Jean Gibbs of Kit Carson, CO. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
