He was predeceased by: his parents, Estil Omar and Velma Joy Perkins (Broyles); his siblings, Leonard Perkins and Linda McDowell; his parents-in-law, Lee Merle Hixson and Anita Hixson; his sisters-in-law, Lisa Winters-Hampton and Cheryl Perkins; his nephews, Mark Perkins and Logan Bender; and his great-niece Hayley Perkins.
He is survived by: his wife Venora "Nori" Hixson-Perkins; his children, Brandon Perkins (Kellie), Shannon Gonzalez (Martin) and Mariah Perkins; his grandchildren, Tyler Jones, Zaylee Perkins, Taylor Perkins, Zyden Perkins and Bexley Sires; his siblings, Tom Perkins, Steve Perkins, Jan Robbins (Warren) and Judy Perkins; and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Land (Chuck), Debbie Howland (Terry) and Linda Becker (Bud). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
